Selamat datang di NaTik (singkatan dari "Naik Tingkat"). Dengan mengakses atau menggunakan platform NaTik, Anda menyatakan bahwa Anda telah membaca, memahami, dan menyetujui Syarat & Ketentuan ini secara keseluruhan.

Jika Anda tidak menyetujui salah satu atau seluruh ketentuan ini, Anda dipersilakan untuk tidak menggunakan platform kami.

2. Deskripsi Layanan

NaTik adalah platform edukasi berbasis web yang menyediakan daftar berbagai macam web course komprehensif. Seluruh konten course — yang dipublikasikan dengan nama produk "Learn [Topik]" (contoh: Learn Python, Learn Design, Learn Excel) — di-generate menggunakan kecerdasan buatan (AI).

NaTik bertujuan membantu siapa saja yang ingin belajar dan meningkatkan skill secara mandiri.

3. Layanan Gratis

Seluruh layanan dan konten di NaTik disediakan sepenuhnya gratis. Tidak ada biaya berlangganan, biaya tersembunyi, pembelian dalam aplikasi, atau bentuk monetisasi langsung lainnya kepada pengguna.

4. Tidak Diperlukan Akun

NaTik tidak memerlukan pendaftaran akun, login, atau autentikasi dalam bentuk apapun. Penggunaan bersifat anonim dan terbuka untuk siapa saja tanpa perlu memberikan data pribadi.

5. Penggunaan yang Diizinkan

Anda diizinkan menggunakan NaTik untuk:

• Belajar dan meningkatkan pengetahuan serta keterampilan pribadi
• Mengakses dan membaca konten course untuk tujuan edukasi
• Membagikan tautan ke platform NaTik kepada orang lain

6. Penggunaan yang Dilarang

Anda tidak diperkenankan untuk:

• Melakukan scraping atau pengambilan konten secara otomatis dan massal dari platform
• Mereproduksi, menyalin, atau mendistribusikan ulang konten NaTik secara massal tanpa izin tertulis
• Menggunakan konten untuk tujuan komersial tanpa izin dari YandiDesign
• Memodifikasi, merekayasa balik, atau membuat karya turunan dari platform tanpa izin
• Menyalahgunakan platform untuk tujuan ilegal, merugikan, atau melanggar hukum yang berlaku
• Mengganggu atau merusak infrastruktur, keamanan, atau ketersediaan platform
• Mengaku sebagai atau menyamar sebagai NaTik atau YandiDesign

7. Konten yang Di-generate AI — Disclaimer Penting

Seluruh konten course di NaTik dibuat menggunakan kecerdasan buatan (AI). Ini adalah informasi penting yang harus Anda pahami:

• Konten bukan ditulis atau diverifikasi oleh pakar manusia yang memiliki kredensial profesional
• Konten mungkin mengandung kesalahan, ketidakakuratan, ketidaklengkapan, atau informasi yang sudah usang
• Konten tidak boleh dijadikan satu-satunya rujukan untuk keputusan penting dalam bidang kesehatan, hukum, keuangan, keselamatan, atau bidang kritis lainnya
• Pengguna wajib memverifikasi informasi penting secara mandiri dari sumber resmi dan terpercaya

NaTik dan YandiDesign tidak bertanggung jawab atas keputusan, tindakan, atau kerugian yang timbul akibat mengandalkan konten yang disajikan di platform.

8. Disclaimer Akurasi Konten

Konten course di NaTik disajikan "sebagaimana adanya" (as is) dan "sebagaimana tersedia" (as available) tanpa jaminan apapun, baik tersurat maupun tersirat, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada:

• Jaminan kelengkapan atau keakuratan informasi
• Jaminan kesesuaian untuk tujuan tertentu
• Jaminan bahwa konten selalu terbaru dan relevan

Selalu rujuk sumber resmi, dokumentasi, atau konsultasi dengan profesional untuk hal-hal yang bersifat kritis.

9. Batasan Tanggung Jawab (Limitation of Liability)

Sejauh yang diizinkan oleh hukum yang berlaku:

• NaTik dan YandiDesign tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian langsung, tidak langsung, insidental, konsekuensial, atau kerugian khusus apapun yang timbul dari atau terkait dengan penggunaan platform
• Ini termasuk, namun tidak terbatas pada: kehilangan data, kehilangan keuntungan, kerusakan perangkat, atau kerugian yang timbul dari keputusan berdasarkan konten platform
• Penggunaan platform sepenuhnya merupakan risiko Anda sendiri

10. Layanan Pihak Ketiga

NaTik menggunakan Google Translate untuk fitur terjemahan. Penggunaan fitur ini tunduk pada:

• Persyaratan Layanan Google
• Kebijakan Privasi Google

NaTik tidak bertanggung jawab atas ketersediaan, akurasi, atau kinerja layanan Google Translate. Jika Google mengubah atau menghentikan layanannya, fitur terjemahan di NaTik mungkin terpengaruh.

11. Kekayaan Intelektual

Seluruh konten, desain, kode sumber, nama "NaTik", nama produk "Learn [Topik]", logo, dan elemen kreatif lainnya yang ada di platform merupakan milik YandiDesign atau dilisensikan kepada kami.

Hak cipta atas konten yang di-generate AI tetap berada di bawah kendali YandiDesign sebagai penyelenggara platform, sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum yang berlaku di Republik Indonesia.

Penggunaan wajar (fair use) untuk keperluan edukasi pribadi diperbolehkan.

12. Ketersediaan Layanan

NaTik disediakan tanpa jaminan ketersediaan 100%. Kami berhak untuk:

• Mengubah, memperbarui, atau memodifikasi konten dan fitur platform kapan saja
• Menghentikan sementara atau permanen layanan tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya
• Membatasi akses ke platform jika diperlukan untuk pemeliharaan atau alasan keamanan

Kami tidak berkewajiban memberikan kompensasi atas ketidaktersediaan layanan.

13. Ganti Rugi (Indemnification)

Anda setuju untuk membebaskan, membela, dan melindungi NaTik, YandiDesign, dan afiliasinya dari segala klaim, kerugian, tanggung jawab, biaya, dan pengeluaran (termasuk biaya hukum) yang timbul dari:

• Pelanggaran Anda terhadap Syarat & Ketentuan ini
• Penggunaan platform secara tidak sah atau melanggar hukum
• Pelanggaran hak pihak ketiga

14. Pemisahan Ketentuan (Severability)

Jika salah satu ketentuan dalam Syarat & Ketentuan ini dinyatakan tidak sah atau tidak dapat diberlakukan oleh pengadilan yang berwenang, ketentuan lainnya tetap berlaku secara penuh.

15. Perubahan Syarat & Ketentuan

Kami berhak memperbarui Syarat & Ketentuan ini sewaktu-waktu. Perubahan akan:

• Dipublikasikan di halaman ini dengan tanggal berlaku yang diperbarui
• Berlaku segera setelah dipublikasikan

Penggunaan berkelanjutan atas platform setelah perubahan dipublikasikan dianggap sebagai persetujuan Anda terhadap ketentuan yang diperbarui.

16. Hukum yang Berlaku & Penyelesaian Sengketa

Syarat & Ketentuan ini diatur oleh dan ditafsirkan berdasarkan hukum Republik Indonesia.

Segala sengketa yang timbul dari atau terkait dengan penggunaan NaTik akan diselesaikan secara musyawarah mufakat terlebih dahulu. Jika musyawarah tidak mencapai kesepakatan, sengketa akan diselesaikan melalui pengadilan yang berwenang di wilayah hukum Kota Bogor, Indonesia.

NaTik and YandiDesign are not responsible for any decisions, actions, or losses arising from reliance on content presented on the platform.

8. Content Accuracy Disclaimer

Course content on NaTik is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of completeness or accuracy of information
• Warranties of fitness for a particular purpose

11. Intellectual Property

All content, design, source code, the name "NaTik," the product name "Learn [Topic]," logos, and other creative elements on the platform are the property of YandiDesign or licensed to us.

Copyright over AI-generated content remains under the control of YandiDesign as the platform operator, in accordance with applicable laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Fair use for personal educational purposes is permitted.

12. Service Availability

NaTik is provided without a guarantee of 100% availability. We reserve the right to:

• Change, update, or modify platform content and features at any time
• Temporarily or permanently discontinue the service without prior notice

13. Indemnification
